Once you receive your ring, you have 90 days to return or exchange it. The ring must be unworn and in its original condition.
Each package includes a form with detailed instructions on how to return or exchange the ring, as well as a ring sizer to facilitate easy exchanges.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note, only the first exchange is free; after that, a $20 restocking fee will apply.

The packaging was BEAUTIFUL, the ring is even better than in the pictures. I failed to realize that it would also come with a silicone ring, which eases my nerves about it being lost. I had an issue with the delivery and had questions about a refund, and he responded in a timely manner despite being out of town. I would 100000% buy from this shop again!
