I honestly don't even know where to start with this review.
Firstly, the ring is stunning, honestly, the pictures do not do this ring justice, it is absolutely everything I wanted it to be and more.
Next, I was really happy with the packaging, it is sturdy and completely suitable for international shipping. The ring arrived quickly and delivery costs were really reasonable.
Lastly, the customer service was impeccable. Steven is absolutely fantastic, he answered all my questions and really went out of his way to help me to make sure everything was perfect. I needed a new size for the ring and so sent a message, I got a standard reply saying he was on leave, I was absolutely happy to wait for him to come back for a reply, no he messaged me when he was away - really above and beyond.
